Camp Polari is about 20 miles south of Tillamook, Oregon along the coast near Cape Lookout. More specific details on this will be sent in an email after ticket purchase.
-
The camp is right beside the ocean with a mostly private beach to access. This is the Pacific Ocean, and knowing the tides is important if you choose to go swimming. Be aware of when the tide is going out, as this is the more dangerous of the two tides. There will be no lifeguard on duty so please be aware and swim at your own risk.
A tide chart can be found here.

Expect average daily highs in the low to mid 70s°F (around 21-24°C) with lows in the 50s°F (around 10-15°C).
The Oregon coast is known for its wind, and Cape Lookout is no exception. Be prepared for breezy conditions, and expect fog and mist, especially in the mornings and evenings. If there is fog, it will clear out late morning, making for a gorgeous view of the Cape. And while August and September are generally drier than other times of the year, there's always a chance of rain, so be sure to pack layers!

Staff are designated with lanyards. At the event, there will be signage to indicate the location of the medic and other key resources. All attendees will receive a map upon arrival.

This is a campground where the roads are not paved, and there are no handrails guiding any paths. The dirt path is mostly even with little obstacle, but please reach out if you have any questions or concerns at camporganizers2023@gmail.com.
This is an space where there are ADA compliant areas, and there are campgrounds where it’s easy to drive up and drop off your gear. The main venue is ADA accessible with compliant bathrooms. There is also an ADA accessible shower at the shower house. The ambient stage/amphitheater also has an area for people to post up and enjoy the sounds around them. Pleae note that access to the beach is unpaved and could be much more difficult to navigate.
